The colorful, feather and sequin costumes are designed by the OBA OBA International founder and director, Sydney Maria, who is a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. His costumes are renowned around the world, in countries like The United States, Australia, Poland, Croacia, France, Japan, Brazil, Netherland, England, Iceland, Canada, Czech Republic, Norway, Italy, Cyprus and Belgium. Sydney Maria maintains creative working partnerships with the finest Carnaval costume designers and dancers in Brazil. He has a design and production facility in Hollywood California as well as in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
